We care about our people and the communities where we operate. As such, we develop and support initiatives that gives the opportunities, skills and knowledge necessary to join today’s connected world
We firmly believe that creating the conditions to improve the quality of life of marginated communities is a vital part of how we create social value. That is why we developed and launched in 2020 the Micro Enterprise Recovery Plan (MERP), with an aim to improve the quality of life of up to 1 million poor and vulnerable people in 15 under developed countries around the world.
Based on our believe that the performance of the prospects in setting up or recover a micro enterprise that generates some sort of positive income is closely linked to their personal and professional growth of the prospect, which is why we promote their training and development by providing them with the necessary tools to acquire and strengthen the skills and knowledge that will allow them to cope with the changing environments.
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Based in this principle, through our project we promote a culture of self-development by offering the prospects the support and tools required to strengthen their skills and technical knowledge to setup and recover successfully their micro enterprises. We are convinced that by improving the prospects working conditions, we not only benefit them, their families and the communities that surround them, but will also strengthen our Group.
Your support and contributions will enable us to continue with our effort to assist and improve the life conditions of marginated communities.
